Everyone has an idea of what “healthy” food is. It makes no difference if one is a vegan, vegetarians, or is into Paleo. It is true, it seems that these days there are an abundance of options for healthy living, it is finding the one that really works presents a challenge.

Most of us have been programmed to think that fat is evil. Different food manufacturers advertise “healthier low-fat options”.  Margarine vs.butter, whole milk vs. skim. . Avoid red meat! Cholesterol is so bad, do not eat eggs, stay away from red meat and… you get the picture! Yet, despite all that America has its share of unhealthy and obese. It is no mystery, it is simple, that what we eat shouldn’t be determined by one diet, instead should be determined by our history, culture, and familiar cuisine.

Healthy living and eating has been known to prevent and even reverse the course of the diseases, such as cancer, and many auto-immune disorders. The question, you need to ask yourself, “do you want to be whole and disease-free? “ I have no doubts that you do. It is a normal human desire, but, yet many of us just don’t see how to achieve just that. Considering just how weakened we are by our life styles, and by our environment.
